As an ECBOPAA-affiliated club, our members can take part in a full calendar of regional tournaments and postal events throughout the year, alongside our regular club shoots. See what’s coming up below, or check the calendar for exact dates.

ECBOPAA Annual Events

  • Clout Championship — Labour Weekend, usually Whakatane (Away)
  • Summer Postal — Oct–Mar, shot at Tauranga (Home · Postal)
  • Field Championship 1 — usually Nov, Richmondvale Archers, Napier (Away)
  • Vera London Memorial Shoot — 6 Feb (Waitangi Day), Tauranga (Home)
  • Target Championship — 3rd weekend of Feb, Tauranga (Home)
  • Field Championship 2 — usually Mar, River Glade Archers, near Hamilton (Away)
  • Rose Bowl — May, Tauranga (Home) — archers from clubs around the region attend
  • Winter Postal — May–Sep, shot at Tauranga, indoor or outdoor (Home · Postal)
  • Indoor Championship — June, multiple venues including our own indoor range (Multi-venue)

Champion of Champions

Indoor Championship and Target Championship are compulsory, plus one of either Field Championship or Clout Championship.
